A small team or the whole company?
Your own space upstairs
Our private room overlooks the Grote Markt and accommodates up to 60 guests for a seated dinner or 80 for drinks or a walking dinner.
Our private room is available exclusively for dinners and drinks receptions. Amplified music is not permitted in this space, so DJ parties cannot take place in the private room.
For a smaller team, we will help you find a comfortable setting that suits your plans.
A bigger celebration
By combining the restaurant and private room, we can welcome up to 165 guests for dinner or 220 for drinks or a walking dinner.
We agree availability and the right layout with you in advance.
From the first drink to dinner together
Start with a welcome drink, share dishes at the table or choose a walking dinner with room to mingle. Our group menu begins with bread, followed by seven dishes across two rounds. A dessert platter to share makes up round three.
Prefer drinks and bites, or would you like to adapt the menu? All wishes are open for discussion. Tell us about dietary requirements, your budget and how long you would like to celebrate, so we can prepare a suitable proposal.
Something worth celebrating
There is a DJ at Vester on Fridays and Saturdays. For music especially for your own gathering, we are happy to discuss your wishes.
